Q: How much do i pay for 2007 mazda 3?
I am looking at buying a 2007 mazda 3, the sticker price is 17,650. How much can i "bargain" them down??? Thanks
A: That vehicle has about $700 profit from invoice and $500 hold back for the dealer. A total of $1200. Ask yourself; if you sold cars and made 20% of $700 at the tune of 10 vehicles a month, could you survive on that amount of money? or what do you expect your car salesman to know about the car and how much is he/she worth for helping you get the one you want?
If that doesn't help. buy a book called "Cars and People; How to Put the Two Together" and you'll be better prepared with some of their tricks when you go in to negotiate.
Good luck!
Q: How much mileage can I get out of a 2007 mazda 3?
I am trying to decide which car to get, a 2007 toyota yaris sedan or a 2007 mazda 3.
I hear toyota's are excellent and get up to 280,000 mileage .... I don't know what the mazda gets.
can I get some answers on this? thanks
A: Probably 240,000. .
My cousins pontiac grand am is a 1998 and it's at 220,000 miles..so I know if a 98 grand am can get that high a 2007 Mazda can, for the Yaris it probably will exceed 280k..
Q: 2007 Mazda 3 what does the m on the automatic transmission do or stand for?
2007 Mazda 3 what does the m on the automatic transmission do or stand for
A: I think this is one of those cars which you can drive either manually or thru automatic. These cars enable the driver to "shift" gears manually to get the "feel" of the car.
Q: 2007 mazda 3 what does the m on the automatic transmiton do or stand for?
2007 Mazda 3 what does the m on the automatic transmission do or stand for
A: My guess is that the transmission has a 'manual' mode that allows you to upshift or downshift it at your command by manipulating the shift lever when it is in the 'M" slot.
Q: How do you install mud guards onto a 2007 mazda 3 5-door?
I want to install the mud guards onto my new mazda 3, but I don't want to pay $100 service just to get them put on. If it's an easy enough process I would like to do it myself
A: They are typically easy to install.
All you will need is a screwdriver or a ratchet with a 10mm or 12mm socket.
The fitting should be quite simple since there might be predesignated holes that were not drilled out on the body for you to align them to.
Q: I need help with finding a stereo for a 2007 Mazda 3?
I would like to find an updated stereo system for my 2007 Mazda 3, 4dr sedan. I would like it to be satellite compatible, have multi CD access, have iPod integration, and be able to display radio station and song info. Can somone please, please help me? Where do I look? Who should I go to for installation? Will it still be compatible with my stearing wheel buttons? How is it possible for an after-market system to look good with the current dash?
I'm not even sure if a stereo like this exists, but if anyone can help, I'll be grateful. I'd appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction, lend me some of their knowledge, or throw out some suggestions. Thanks
Shannon

Q: How do I work the automatic transmission with overdrive on a 2007 Mazda 3?
I can drive using the automatic or switch over to the manual. How do I know when to shift up or down? Will it hurt the transmission/engine if I shift incorrectly? Also, which is better...automatic or manual?
A: your car is automatic trans and forget about the "manual shift" because that dont exists
if you switch to "manual" if you try for example.... you are going at 55 and you try to shift down to 1 gear.... trans wont let you do so.... the shift light on the cluster start blinking..... and dont you do that
while you cant put your car in first gear reach 35mph because it automatic will shift up to 2 gear
or if you are at 10 mph and try to shift to 5 gear the car will try to shut down and it detects that and automatically will shift down to first gear to avoid engine shut down
so is always been an autotrans with a shift for play

Q: What car to chose: 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer or 2007 Mazda 3?
I'm planning to buy a car soon, but I haven't really made up my mind. But at least, I've narrowed my choice between the two. Any suggestions?
A: Depends on what you want. The '08 Lancer looks really nice, but it is the new motor and all new design. Usually car buying experts will say stay away from newly released models, because there will be kinks that will get worked out with the model in the first year. Unless you plan on purchasing a Lancer Evolution I would go with the Mazda3. The Mazda3 is reliable and very nice looking. It is running the same engine (2.3L) that Mazda has been using for a few years now so all the problems are worked out of it. Warranty would play a part too, but I'm not sure which has the better warranty. All in all you have to see what means more to you and rank your requirements for a car. Safety, gas mileage, looks, comfort, etc. Which ever one meets your requirements is the one you go for. I would still pick the Mazda3, heck spend a little more money and get the turbocharged Mazdaspeed3, that's what I would really go for. Safe, fast, sporty and sweet!
Q: Does anyone know the invoice price on a 2007 MAZDA 3?
I wasn wondering how much over invoice should I pay for a 2007 mazda 3? THANKS
A: Between 13,700 and 19,700
Q: can i put 18inch rims on my 2007 mazda 3 four door?
would i have to change the suspension? and whhat would be the cons and pros?
A: I have 18s low profile Falkins ZEIV, before them Michelin's. The car is lowered by about 1.5", No rubbing over bumps and I make sure to rotate every 4-5k miles. No additional change in the suspension is necessary. The ride is stiff, but the handling is superb. I know it is not everyone's taste, but the car has cat-like reflexes in traffic and while it's on the pipe at 75-80 mph within reason it can run with anyone out there. It is an impressive bit of machinery. I might add cold air intake, a cat back exhaust, a Hella horn so whoever is being a slug in front can get the bloody hell out of the way. When polished the car has this athletic, broad shouldered nimble look, just waiting to make it's next move. When detailed from stem to stern the car makes you imagine like a little kid running through the gears winding on open highway a deep throaty growl that raises it's temper heard from miles away, that something is coming. If you draw a little closer, mate, I will tell ya a well known secret. Purchase wider rims that are lighter in overall weight as compared to the standard Mazda 17" rim; with a good set of tires, the car will run as if it has sneakers. Cheers.
Q: 2007 Mazda 3 poor gas mileage?
I have a 2007 Mazda 3 i-Sport w/ automatic sedan that I have had for about a year and it's getting bad gas mileage. Most of my driving is in the city with lots of stop and go traffic, but I'm only getting 19 miles per gallon. Dealer specs for city driving is 25 MPG. A tank of gas will take me 285 miles which is pretty bad if you ask me. I have had all the service done on time.
A: http://www.fueleconomy.gov shows 18 to 22 mpg city driving for your car depending on the model, so you may not be off by that much, especially if you don't take great pains to measure the mpg accurately and average the readings over many fill ups and different seasons. The gasoline formulations change during the year in some regions etc. Make sure you've got plenty of air pressure in your tires and no jack rabbit starts to get a good measurement. Synthetic motor oil will help a little and your engine will last a lot longer using it. Using the air conditioner will affect the gas mileage also as you know.
Q: What is the towing capacity of a 2007 Mazda 3 GT w/ automatic trans?
There is no factory towing cap rating
A: Its not 2000 pounds at all, its probably half that or less. You can pull a jet ski and thats about it. They dont have a towing capacity rating on the 3.
