A: If you want an RX8 then go used. Those things lose value like hell and you can find them with low miles only a few years old for under 20K. As far as vs. the TL it depends on what you want. If you want a sports car I'd skip the Mazda and go with a used GTO. Those are 400 HP and are more reliable than the RX-8. If you want a sports sedan then you would be better off with a used G35 sedan. On performance it's better than the TL in every way.
Q: Fair price for a Mazda RX8 2009?
If the sticker for a mazda rx8 is 32,000, what can i expect or what should i expect a dealer to come down to? I'm looking at the grand touring edition 2009 standard packaging.
A: Go online to edmunds.com and look up the invoice for the options you want. DO NOT pay a dime more than what that invoice says. Dealers will usually negotiate down to that price.

A: 2008. The 2009 model was just unveiled at the Detroit auto show, and has some styling changes, but is mostly the same mechanically.

A: Mazda RX-8 is much better and cooler looking. And has a 9mph higher top speed, but the Mustang GT accelerates faster.
